Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students and families, please review the following studio policies:

1. Scheduling & Cancellations:

Lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis.If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, except in cases of illness or emergency.

NOTE: For inquiries or to book your first lesson, please contact via text, as I am unable to answer phone calls when lessons are in session. 

2. Payment:

Payment is due at the beginning of each month. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic payment (e.g., Zelle).

Please contact me for lesson rate information.

3. Recitals & Performances:

All students are encouraged to participate in studio recitals. Recitals provide students with opportunities to perform and gain experience before an audience. There may be additional recital fees to cover venue and organizational costs.

4. Studio Conduct:

Please arrive on time for lessons. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

5. Health & Safety:

If you or your child are feeling ill, please reschedule the lesson for the safety of others.

6. Makeup Lessons:

Makeup lessons are offered at the discretion of the teacher and lessons are rescheduled based on availability. Makeup lessons are not guaranteed if the student misses a lesson without prior notice.

7. Online Lessons:

Online lessons (if applicable) will be conducted via Zoom. Students must ensure they have the necessary technology (e.g., a reliable internet connection, working webcam, and microphone).

8. Termination of Lessons:

If a student would like to discontinue lessons, please provide one month’s notice to allow for a proper transition.
